Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. 
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
